CERTIFIED HOME INSPECTOR – ROB FURLONI
Northwest Florida Property Inspections’ Founder and CEO Rob Furloni grew up in a military family, which meant moving seven times before he finished elementary school. It was stressful but exciting – every new home was a new adventure. The journey continued when he joined the army himself, but this time it was in the service of a cause far greater than mere adventure: the War on Terror.
Rob served 12 years as an Airborne Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment and as a Green Beret in 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne). He deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan eight times to fight for his country, putting his dream of a real estate career on hold.
After marriage and the birth of his sons, Rob felt called to serve at home. He returned to his family and channeled his childhood zeal into a career as a home inspector, helping others capture the excitement and joy of a new home.
The feeling is mutual for Rob – every day brings new opportunities and challenges. He’s learned the unique landscape of northwest Florida and the particular needs of its properties. Whether inspecting a condo or a luxury beach house, Rob relishes the chance to investigate and share his knowledge with home buyers. Every home is still a brand new adventure. An InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, or CPI, Rob takes pride in every inspection he conducts.
In the gym, Rob loves to test his limits. Outside of grueling workouts, he spends his time playing the guitar and shooting traditional archery. The bulk of his free time, however, belongs to his wife, Terri, and his sons, Benjamin, Matthew, and Luke
